Yoga Routine


You have the freedom to create your own yoga routine.  Some days you may just want to stretch. Some days you want to give yourself a challenge.  Maybe you want to hear about the concept 'Everything is impermanent'. You could work in the pose dancer, or warrior 3. You name it.


There are so many meditations, breathing styles, warm-up, and peak poses to choose from! Once you are all done choosing I create a personalized video you can play now or save for later.
